Yoga Basic
Yoga has many small subjects, each one has its own characteristics, the training process also goes from many levels. Yoga Basic is a basic class, for beginners to get acquainted with Yoga. This course gives you a solid foundation to practice hard positions, more intensive classes.
You will be taught the basics that yoga learners must know: breathing, warm-up, relaxation, combined with simple movements. After the first class, you will feel like there is a fresh vitality flowing in the body, helping refreshing spirit, relieving all tensions.
