ACTIVITIES OF THE DAY:
- 6:30: Pick up at HCM & BD meeting place
- 7:00 AM: Departure to KDL BCR
- 7:00 - 8:00 AM: Breakfast
- 8:00 - 9:00: Visit the tourist area, check in and move into the game area.
- 9:00 - 10:15 AM: Basic Yoga + Nadasana Yoga + Couple Yoga + Dance
- 10:20 - 11:30 AM: Team building
- 12:00 PM: Lunch at the restaurant area
- 1:30 - 3:30 PM: Free time
- 3:45 - 4:30 PM: Meditation
- 5:00: Bus transfer back to HCM and BD. See you on the next journeys
